Thursday 28 November 2024This courier knocked twice, even though I specify to leave the order at the front door. not everyone can open the door to strangers, I wish he would respect that - this is the second time he has done this.

Friday 01 November 2024took nearly an hour for the driver to appear on the way, and when the driver appeared on the way he was on the other side of town in eaglehawk almost 20 minutes away, instead of being at the store which was 5 minutes away. the ice and ice-cream in my iced coffee is melted.

Sunday 21 July 2024The wrong order was delivered. I received a toasted chicken focaccia instead of a ham and cheese toastie and a ham and cheese croissant. The restaurant did rectify the mistake by delivering the remainder of my order themselves about 45 minutes later which was greatly appreciated.
