Driver went to the wrong address, food was a bit cooler than desirable upon delivery. Instructions left via note on order were ignored.

Order for six people. The written instruction to add jalapenos (because they are apparently available but not on the menu) was ignored/missed. Two people felt their pizzas didn't taste great, the lasagna was reported to be too cheesy and oily. Other pizzas were good. Maybe a little too much ham on the mexicana.

Food was broadly good but we had some misgivings. Fresh toppings (capsicum, onion) on the mexicana were under-cooked (still quite crunchy) and the toppings were quite loose (a little too heavy for the cheese/adhesive). Next time, I'd probably strike the onions. Chicken on the chicken supreme was a bit dry. Service was friendly.

Bases were a lot thicker than usual and the seafood one seemed very doughy/undercooked. Topping unfortunately quite bland. Normally love this place.
