If I could rate 0 stars, I would. ETA kept getting later, I drove to the restaurant myself to pick up my order. The order was sitting in the restaurant ready but the driver had not arrived yet, the restaurant had to remake the order as it was getting cold.

not only did I not receive the hunger tamers meal (only chips, drink and burger) the delivery driver did not knock on my door and left my food to the elements. to top it off, I open my burger and FLIES flew out of the burger box, not the bag, not on the fries, THE BURGER BOX. Honestly I would steer clear of the hungry jacks on this app, this is disgusting.

Ordered food at 1:20pm didn’t receive order until 4:50pm

Food ordered at 6:20pm with an original ETA of 7:05-7:30 Food arrived at 8:45pm It was a little inconvenient as that meant family wasn't eating until over an hour passed bed time. But places get busy and I didn't want to cook so you get what you get.
