My order never arrived the driver was in the wrong street then marked my order as delivered as I was messaging and I contacted menulog they refused to help. poor service.

The dtiver left the order in my carpark snd not anywhere near the letterboxes as directed. Reall6 bad. Meal was cold and dundae was upside down in bag so had leaked through the. Food!!! Really didgusted

the online system is useless for assistance. after ordering roughly at 2030 my food has arrived at nearly 2200. the ice melted in the drink it tastes like water, all the food product is cold and unedable.
