    The delivery time changed from 6:55 to 7:55 for 2 whoppers and a grill masters. The HG is 10-15 minutes away and food consistently arrives cold and soggy. This time we were missing one of the whoppers. Are Monday's that busy? I ordered a meal, chicken nuggets, and a shake from Carl's Jnr, which is further away, at 7:40 and both drivers arrived at the same time. Carl's was still an acceptable temperature. We had to microwave the whoppers. Awful every time. This was the last.
