Saturday 30 November 2024I originally ordered at 11:04 am and it turned up at 12:44 pm. At max it should’ve taken 45 minutes to be delivered but my delivery driver was at Hungry Jack’s for at least 35 minutes.

Monday 25 November 2024Delivery driver did not even knock on the door, no notification that my order arrived, so when I looked and it was sitting outside - it was cold, couldn't eat cold chips and the ice cream was all melted.

Monday 18 November 2024I have had the fries many times I know regular salted, these fries were much over salted and my large coffee order was a medium. this is not the first time it's happened one staff member has heavy hand.

Wednesday 13 November 2024an 1h 20m is a bit long but we have to be understanding as it is peak time. what was sad is getting only 1 glass, guess we'll have to keep buying to make the set. things happen when it's busy, it's a great store.
