    The meal was cold and one of the drinks had no flavour. The mix/syrup wasn’t added. I was just soda water.

    this order was fine but i just orderd from them the sight just said failed payment but it still took money from my bank and did not refund me

    When the order was placed at 2356h on 18/11/2024 the estimated time of delivery was between 0030 and 0100. When I checked after 0030 it then said the same. I created a ticked with customer service after speaking with the restaurant. The food had been ready waiting courier pick up for delivery. The food was delivered at 0127h and it was FREEZING cold. Customer service was unsatisfactory also as when I wished to continue conversation with the person my chat was gone.
