the delivery driver either failed to deliver my order or left it on the street without knocking on my door or attempting to contact me and it was taken from the street. i was sitting near the door patiently waiting for it and i have dogs to react when there is activity outside the house, so i highly doubt they delivered it. thankfully the restaurant called to confirm if i received my order and promptly sent out another order which was delicious

Had the wrong number even though it’s correct on Menulog. Apparently tried to deliver it but they couldn’t so now it’s an extra 30 min wait time. 20-35 approx delivery time to then be told after we ordered and paid that it was over an hour. 1km down the road and now we have to wait another 20-30 minutes for the food we ordered at 6pm. Utter joke.
