A warm noodle salad made with vermicelli noodles, fresh herbs and salads, picked carrots, peanuts then tapped with your favourite meats or spring roll. Pour over the side of Nuoc cham dressing mix and enjoy.

Hue style chilli and lemongrass vermicelli noodle soup. Mild spicy level so it can be enjoyed by all. Served with a side of bean shoot, fresh salad and additional fresh chilli for those who like more spicy.

Traditional Vietnamese rice noodle soup. Our broth is slow-cooked for up to 12 hrs to bring out the most full-flavoured and tastiest soup. Served with bean shoot, fresh chilli and lemon. (Vegan option available)
