Frozen food had defrosted when it is only a 6 minute drive from the store to my place & gave me full cream milk instead of lite. Delivery guy was argumentative & barely spoke english.

The driver kept complaint about it being delivered 10meters away from the added location which I accidentally put through and insisted I tip him to cover for the 10 extra meters
