Some items were out of stock, which is fine, but I specifically requested that the items be replaced instead of refunded and they didn't do that. When I called the shop, I was told the order has already left and that nothing can be done. Now I have no money left to order the items we need and I'm not sure when that money will clear back into my bank.

Order great other than Menulog gives option for substitutes but appar store cannot do. Also unable to pay over phone for substitute. Disappointing
