Reason for lower score was delivery person left food without knocking . Hence we found food later and colder based on that. There was no knock or anything, we have a camera to prive

I ordered buffalo wings and when I opened the box there was a sealed plastic bag with some sort of stew in it , cold. someone messed up two orders?
