we ordered 3 pizzas and found a piece of metal (the size of a small screw head), we sent a picture of that to the store and spoke to the person incharge at the time who apologized and gave us a store credit, we left it at that and decided not escalade this any further. A few weeks after we used the store credit to order but were refused saying the person in charge at the time was the manager's son and now the manager doesn't want to uphold that voucher. lesson learnt!
