Wednesday 09 October 2024Misleading delivery estimate. Food arrived cold after more than 90min wait. Driver obviously did multiple deliveries but lied about it by saying he was waiting at KFC this whole time. When contacted customer service, had to text three different operators and each of them just told me to keep waiting.

Sunday 06 October 2024absolutely disgraceful. food left at mailbox out the front of units. this person should be banned from delivering food. it was packed at 5.42pm and delivered just after 7.00 pm and I have been charged $66.00 for food that will be thrown out. this reflects on your company very badly. I expect a reply.
