Sunday 16 March 2025The driver picked up our food and drove in the opposite direction. Once I sent him a message questioning why he is in another suburb he stated that he somehow got the adress wrong. The food was cold on arrival and the food was left not really near our door on the cold ground. A little bit more care and courtesy should be taken. Severely disappointed with this service and I will not be using Menulog again. I would like a complete refund. I have photos for proof of where driver was on delivery
