Saturday 08 February 2025my order was delivered cold and over an hour late after I called KFC got told the delivery driver had just left with all fresh food my daughter went hungry as we are staying at a caravan park and didn't have access to any microwave or anything there was more than every part of my order that was dissatisfied and have tried to make contact now several times and still have got no where

Thursday 02 January 2025I paid extra for 2x cheese and bacon in my twister wrap and they did not include it. the wrap was also cold and falling apart,not actually wrapped up at all so the ingredients and sauce was everywhere.
