After two and a half hour wait, constantly having the delivery time updated, the food wasn’t delivered. My app kept sending messages that the order was on its way??? Where did it go ? I have had many food deliveries without any problem, this was a complete stuff up and will delete the Menulog app. There is no shortage of delivery apps, give Menulog a miss

Food was cold, chips had no extra salt and tasted cold and plan, delivery time was constantly pushed out
