there was no dipping sauce that was suppose to be in the order

Food was not delivered, money was taken and no service was provided by Menulog, tried to contact Menulog and the only option was the chat, they took over ten hours to respond after multiple attempts, then was told my food was merely late (at this stage nearly 11 hours late), tried to again tell them that it was indicated as delivered but it was not, chat was then shut down, was told that an email was sent, but it was not, and at this point all communication has been ignored.
