Missing 1 x large hot chips. Missing 2 pieces of hot & spicy chicken. Chips were cold

The potato and gravy was runny, couldn’t eat it, yuk. The chicken was over cooked, the coating was so hard, couldn’t eat it. Chicken pieces getting so small, pigeon size, definitely doesn’t fill you up.

This order took 2 hours to be delivered. Menu log blamed KFC and KFC blamed menulog. I used the app to chat with someone from Menulog to find out where the order was and we wanted to cancel the order, but was no help at all. Disgusting Service.
