Not only was the delivery significantly delayed, it was also not delivered to the correct address. The courier marked it as delivered even though I never saw him drive into our drive way. I tried to text the courier through the app but never heard back. Ended up settling for account credit refund from Menulog.

This is actually appalling the food was meant to be delivered by 2pm and came at 2:35 but I had to leave my home so now the food is sitting outside my home. Never using Menulog again so disgusting and your customer support didn’t help at all

The zinger burger box is so disappointing! , chip and burger are not fresh. The crispy chicken and wings are unbelievable small compared to other KFC store. Never come back !

I am very in happy with the delivery of this order. The food was cold and he was late. After waiting 45 minutes. The driver should not take more then one order and wait until all his orders are ready. I am very un happy to pay $60 for cold frozen food

Family feast chicken was average however the coleslaw and potato and gravy was missing from the meal. Was reimbursed $15 voucher but I would’ve preferred to have my whole family feast order with everything included.
