Food was not delivered, but marked as delivered. Will be deleting Menulog app, not able to speak to anyone at menlog to rectify situation. Terrible non existent customer service. DO NOT USE MENULOG

Food order accurate & very good. My only criticism, the courier left the food outside my door on the floor & didn't knock. I waited for a while until I had the bright idea to check. My NBRs could've stolen my food without me knowing. Pls inform your couriers to knock on the door next time. Thanks.
