I believe that the restaurant did all the right things with my order ... however the Menulog app crashed for about 30 minutes and would not update ... it got stuck on "driver at restaurant" so I had no idea what was going on ... when the app finally came back online it was over 30 mins past the actual delivery time ... I discovered my order at the front door but the driver didn't ring the doorbell so it could have been there for about 30-40 mins ... by that time it was only lukewarm ... I would happily give the restaurant a good rating but would give the Menulog app a 0 for an abysmal failure
