Food was delivered to my letter box by the time we found it . Was all cold - terrible delivery

driver collected order then drove away from my house for 30 minutes. then lost location and came back 10 minutes later and was still very very far from my house. about 10 minutes after that he began a 20 minute drive back towards me. very upset. customer service did not help me.
