Sunday 25 February 2024The order took about an hour or more to cook & arrive, which would have been ok but unfortunately we didn’t receive the correct order. We ordered a purely vegetarian/vegan meal and received a tray full of meat. As a vegan I was unable to eat the meat. I submitted a claim through Menulog noting that the correct order was not received and Menulog’s response was incredibly poor, stating they couldn’t do anything about the incorrect order. Won’t be using Menulog again & will reconsider ordering from
