I am absolutely livid about this order. I ordered at midday. I waited for 1.5 hours and called the food provider who said it had been picked up around 12.20/12.30. I have only just received it now close to 2 pm not 1.46. It was cold.I want a refund.

Hi, I think I have been charged twice for this order. initially through PayPal, but the order didn't complete, and then again through my card details, which did complete the order. unsure what to do from here.

Over an hour between ordering and delivery meaning everything was lukewarm on arrival. Driver just dropped food in the lobby after renting the intercom and took off. Dipping sauce with spring rolls was essentially just a sugar syrup, none of the other flavours I expected based on the menu description. Thai green curry was incredibly bland and definitely nowhere near medium hot.
