Delivers over 2 hrs late. Food sat in restaurant for over an hour waiting for a driver. Food quality poor as a result and potentially unsafe to consume. Food was disposed of. Refund please

Crispy Chicken Chilli Basil was about the worst meal we have ever ordered, either in a restaurant or as delivery. It was awful. Tasteless and dry, and my husband said it was like they didn't take the plastic wrapping off the chicken. Everything was cold. The garlic Pepper beef was better but tasted very bland. We won't be ordering from Lemongrass ever again. What a waste of money. AWFUL.

I don’t wish to have a partial credit I want a full refund back into my account as all the food is now ruined, reheating it isn’t the same. This is the last time I will use Menulog. The driver picked up our order and instead of coming straight here he went to the kfc in oxenford which is not on the way and sat there for over 15 minutes waiting for someone else’s order. I already contacted your team twice during as to which received no help at the time and said the estimated time was such and such when it just kept extending. I would like the refund back to go and get the food myself so I can feed my family.
