I intentionally arrived 10 minutes late for my pickup, only to be told upon arrival that I'd have to wait at least another 10 minutes. Due to needing to pick up my child, I had to leave and come back later.

I intentionally arrived 10 minutes late for my pickup, only to be told upon arrival that I'd have to wait at least another 10 minutes. Due to needing to pick up my child, I had to leave and come back later. Furthermore, at least one-third of the Beef Fried Kuay Teow was badly burnt. This wasn't just "wok hei" but an overwhelming burnt taste. I could only eat the unburnt portions and had to throw away the rest.

Pitty portion size for what I have paid for. The noodle soup is bland like water, CTK has no colour and wok hei to it. Poor quality! Will not order again
