Coles Liquor takes its liquor retailing and Responsible Service of Alcohol (RSA) responsibilities very seriously and we are committed to serving the community responsibly.

Coles Liquor is bound by legislation in each state and territory in which we operate regarding the responsible service of alcohol. We are obligated to refuse service to minors, intoxicated persons or in situations where our team have reasonable grounds for the belief that alcohol may be supplied to a minor or an intoxicated person.

Self Exclusion

We are dedicated to the safety and wellbeing of our customers and aim to promote the responsible consumption of alcohol.
