100% of the fruit that goes into the Atiru Pinot Gris is from Gisborne and was designed to be a Pinot Gris style rather than Pinot Grigio. This results in a fleshier, lower acid wine with slightly higher residual sugars from the use of naturally riper components. The fruit was harvested principally from two Gisborne subregions - Ormond and Central Valley. Combined with the warm dry summer conditions, they produced a riper wine with a profile of pear and stone fruit....

60ml spring water
- Put the orange juice, water and Campari into an ice sphere mould or use an over-sized ice cube tray and freeze. Shake the gin, apple and lemon juice and sugar syrup with ice. Put the mint into a glass, then the Campari sphere, and strain the gin mix over.
