Friday 28 February 2025I waited over two hours plus to get my delivery, even with help from Chanda from Menulog help chat I did not receive confirmations on the app and I had to call the shop. it has now arrived but this is a very bad experience and I will probably not use menulog again.

Tuesday 15 October 2024I've ordered many times from various services. this driver decided to park in the driveway and require me to come down to him. I live on a 4th floor walk up. the reason I use this service is so I don't have to go up and down the stairs, as it was with uber or doordash. this driver made it clear he wasn't prepared to do so and therefore I feel the service fee is null and void. to the driver in question, in future, do your job. xx
