Friday 27 December 2024I recently had a very unsettling experience with one of the courier drivers The driver was not only aggressive in their behavior but also rude, making me feel extremely uncomfortable and unsafe. Their tone was harsh, and they seemed to be in a rush, showing little regard for basic customer service. I understand that deliveries can be stressful, but this interaction went beyond professionalism and left me feeling genuinely scared. I hope the company addresses this issue to ensure that future customers don’t have to deal with such unprofessionalism.
