Was more than 2 hours late. The ice was fully melted. It was so watery but the time I got it and nearly room temperature. This is so ridiculous I asked where it was 2 times to menu log and they just apologised for inconvenience. I will never order from menu log again

I watched the delivery person on the map, picked up my order from Charlestown, went to windale, then went back near Charlestown pool, then went to kahibah & was stopped there for quite some time before coming to deliver my order to me at Gateshead, he handed it to me & told me the drinks spilt & the reason he said they spilt was because the shop didn’t put them in a cup tray only a paper coles shopping bag. So there was about (100ml) of drink in the upsized cups that hold roughly 750ml.

Order arrived in a timely manner, however 2 of our drinks had other toppings added that we don't like, so most of the drink was a waste
