ordered at 6.54pm still no delivery at 10.55pm. Menulog cust service very vanilla, just give the next auto response. still telling me delivery would arrive, when place was closed. went to bed hungry!

Order food at 7 arrived after 9, looked like it had been sat around for ages and was stone cold. I had to heat it in the oven

The food was burnt, cold no presentation Absolutely disappointed and food was very disappointing. Waited along time for food, contacted the restaurant who said we can submit for a refund which is the least as new food needs to be made for dinner this evening.
