Arrived at location at time App advised order was ready (7:40pm) asked staff advised not ready, staff was about to just walk away when I asked how much longer, she went back and asked, said 10 mins. Did not receive order until 8pm

Late and the food was cold on arrival. Not happy as it was an expensive order. Deliver driver apologised and said it’s been busy however I feel he should not have taken on so many orders if he could not deliver in a timely manner.

It took 2.5 hours to find a driver. Despite the fact the order is supposed to made when the driver is chosen the food was clearly made WELL before that and came cold, not a little bit cold but i couldn't feel warmth in it. Get yoursekf together.

The delivery driver left it outside the door and didn’t even ring the doorbell. It was cold when I found it 10 minutes later. Very disappointed
