FOOD QUALITY - DISGUSTING warm coleslaw with browning cabbage - southern fried chicken breast 1 piece and a serve of coleslaw = nearly $30 the chicken is sooo dry it cannot be cut - having to rip it apart - would have got better at KFC. nachos burnt stuck to paper guacamole looks brown like dog waste - Napolitano sauce or paste delivery person AMAZING 😍. appalled that we spent well over $100 for this disappointing crud.... we were so excited for this delivery... not now

The meal was poorly presented, it resembled pulled pork and not ribs, the chips were soggy and inedible, and the coleslaw was clumsy and uninviting. I have had good meals from Lodestar before but this was very disappointing.

for the second time in a matter of days our food was left on letter box because they could not find the gate. it is clearly beside the main gate as there is a path plus its also in my comments for the drivers.
