My beef and black bean was not cooked properly, the braised chicken I ordered two I may as well have ordered a container of cabbage. This is absolutely disgusting my order was cold I spent $100 on food for this outcome. I refuse to order from here again. Very disappointing

Terrible service, terrible food, terrible courier. Courier couldnt follow basic instructions to get to my apartment even though written clearly, i am recovering from covid and had to go to ground floor to collect food. Ordered at 7:30, estimate delivery 7:55, eating food now at 9:10pm. Food is bland, salty, and dry. Absolute joke I want a full refund
