Menu log delivers my meal 2 hours late!

Hi Mafata, you are reviewing the business, while your concerns is regards driver. I know it's very frustrating for customers when they have to wait for the food so long. But the problem is with driver. We were ready for you your food to pickup in 15 min. Just delayed of assign of driver is not our fault.

I wish I could attach a photo to this order. My eggs Benedict is mashed into slop. No care factor from the driver. On top of that we are missing the pancakes, which is being sorted. However extremely disappointing and won't be using this app again.
