Ordered at 3pm, arrived at 6pm. Shop not answering phone. Said online it shut at 4pm. Contacted Menulog after 2 hours who told me they had cancelled the order and refunded me. I ordered another dinner and we were eating when this arrived. Menulog obviously had lied and I don't know why it took so long. Thanks. Now I can't afford my rent this fortnight and I'm screwed. Very upset

I was told that onion had to be added with payment. First, that option is not available and second, I got onion added via comment yesterday. I guess it depends on who is making the order?
