2.5 hours to deliver. Restaurant didn't answer phone. Courier did not move for 20 minutes. Menulog very unhelpful with automated, untruthful answers. Food was cold. Worst ever Menulog experience.

Order took 1.5 hours in total for a restaurant that is 5 mins from me. Driver didn’t arrive at restaurant until 55 mins after order placed. After eventually leaving the restaurant The driver headed in the opposite direction, before stopping somewhere and turning off his GPS tracking for another 15 mins. When food eventually arrived, it was all completely cold. This is the second time I’ve received cold food - unlikely to use this service again.
