Butter chicken did not taste like butter chicken, lamb was tough in lamb korma, overall it was pretty ordinary

Our order was placed about 5.50pm, with an expected delivery time of 6.20-6.30. The food did not actually arrive until 7.22pm, despite the menu log app showing that the driver was at the restaurant for collection by 6.40. Very disappointing. Luckily th3 food was delicious, we just won't use a delivery service again.

The order did not even arrive after waiting nearly 2 hours for my food. I was told that the order was listed as delivered. This is by far, the worst experience I’ve had with Menulog

I asked to knock twice and leave the bag but tonight nobody knocked and the food was not warm either :( The wait time was much longer than what the estimated time. Nearly 2 hours wait from the order time.
