Food was good, Menulog driver was the worst. First order driver does not deliver, second order same driver leaves food at door without notice. No clearer guilty message. Driver is not fit for the job.

I ended up calling the restaurant, driving to the restaurant myself and collecting the food after watching the delivery window shift out every 5 minutes for an hour on an order that originally said it would take 20-40mins. Last time I’ll use your tip the driver option. Terrible experience all round.

The delivery man didn’t ring our doorbell or wait for us to take delivery of our order. He just waved at me through the window and was gone before we picked up our food. What a shame when we were going to tip him!
