is this normal to delivering 1 hour and 20 min even restaurant is very very close where I live which is 10 min by walking.

Not sure of delivery time as our food was left outside our hotel on the footpath in Fitzroy street and it was cold.. in my notes I asked them to call on arrival and we would come down and pick up at the door .. very poor service and I’m not happy at all as the microwave was not working in our room so we had to eat food as it came … cold

The delivery arrived two hours late! I contacted customer support twice and they were rude and refused to cancel my order. When the food finally arrived it was really tasty and I would like to order again but I doubt I’ll risk it.

Ordered food from them in the past and always had been happy with what was delivered, but it has been a while since our previous order. Slow cooked lamb and chickpea hotpot which was meant to deliver 250g of meat barely delivered half of that amount. Lamb fillet wrap was more a salad wrap with a very small amount of meat, to the point that the meat was completely cold by the time it arrived. The volume of meat was greatly diminished compared to what we had received from them in the past. I will still dine in at the restaurant as I like the food, but takeaway will be off the list.

The food was awesome as always. Just a pity that the driver had dropped the food, smashed the dips and not bothered to tell us - not the restaurants fault though
