I was so disappointed about delay.I called the restaurant to make sure the delivery person has off for delivery at 7:15pm,because the track on the site stopped at"The food is ready to pick up".The staff I spoke with said the delivery person was late but the delivery person was off already to delivery.The track didn't work until delivery.The delivery person left the food on the ground in the entrance at 7:40pm. I didn't ask to left without notice like knock or bell ring.I just saw the delivery person drove his/her car in a hurry. I don't want to use menulog anymore.

They missed a whole dish and said they couldnt refund. The soup that came was cold and super bland. Not what we ordered. Overall terrible service I would like a full refund
