Ordering through Menulog has been a joke, twice now within the past week my order has taken nearly 2 hours to arrive. I called the restaurant and they had my order ready for a long time, therefore the blame is on your joke of a company. That is absolutely disgusting and you guys should be appalled with your efforts. No matter how busy it is, a salad roll shouldn’t take two hours to arrive. I will look to use apps that have proven to be far better than yours in future.

I left detailed instructions on the order for the driver where to go. I could see on the live tracking he went to the wrong end of the address. I tried to get menu log to contact the driver and he ended up calling me. The driver was incredibly rude on the phone, said he would just leave the food as he had to go pick up his brother from Point Cook. I told him I left instructions and he said the drivers don’t read those because they need to use GPS. I ended up having to walk from one end of my address to the other and back again just to meet him on the street far from where I said to go. Once I picked up my order I noticed the instructions I rote WERE PRINTED on the bag he was carrying around!!! I am BEYOND ANNOYED.
