I watched him on the GPS going the opposite direction to my house. He was stopped somewhere for over 15 minutes. I left clear instructions to call me if he couldn't find the place as I am in a moon boot currently yet I still had to walk out and cross the street to collect my order. By the time he gave me the order, my ice cream was complete liquid.

2 main items were missing from order. It was the restaurants fault but could have been easily fixed if the driver checked the receipt at food pickup

The 2 Ice creams weren’t delivered in insulated containers, they were melting. The 2 extra toppings were very stale to taste. The whole order would be good in an insulated box, as it had fresh fruit, bananas & strawberries.
