Never received my order because after 2 hours I decided to go get the food myself, then find out the restaurant has given it to a delivery driver, knowing I was on my way. I couldn’t go back to the delivery address because it was a hotel and I didn’t particularly want melted ice cream and soggy food.

There was no cutlery, the waffle was cold, the ice cream was mostly melted and the banana was brown. It was very very poor especially given it was quite expensive.
