no knock on the door and by time we realised food was delivered it was cold. we shouldn't be expected to check the app every 5 minutes. food tasted good,but annoyed we had to eat it cold

My delivery was supposed to arrive at 5:45pm. Nothing arrived. I went online and begged Menulog staff to help me but they just kept saying the food will arrive soon but it never did. And over two hours later after still having no food delivered I had to drive to the restaurant and pick it up myself. The restaurant staff said nobody from Menulog had been to the restaurant to collect my orMenulog is a terrible service and I will never use it again. I will tell everybody I meet not to use Menulog.
