    our order turned up cold. 2x600ml bottles of water were not there. not very good as it was paid for

    the guy don't even called me ! leave my food in the lobby and even wanted to give to one person from the building! and I paid the fee delivery for that?

    Didn’t get my order at all. Waited for almost 2 hours for your abysmal service to deliver on 2 meals from McDonald’s and I can only assume that the driver for your service stole the meal & waited until it was past the help line hours so that nothing could be done about it from the customer end. I demand a full refund for my order, not account credit or any of that nonsense that you offer, because I am going to be uninstalling this app the second that this issue is resolved.

    Food was cold. I ordered it at 4pm for a 6pm delivery, a 20 minute late delivery for something ordered 2hrs prior is unacceptable.
