    Order took an hour and a half to arrive. And that was only after I spent 20 mins live chatting with Menulog and rang McDonald’s directly. The food was stone cold, flat and runny. I’ve been offered a small portion back as credit to my account. But the food was basically inedible even after I tried to reheat it in the oven.
