    Driver didn't mark that he'd collected the order and was on his way. Once they marked the order as collected they exited the app so I couldn't see where they were on the map. 2 seconds later they're walking up to my door with stone cold food an hour after I placed my order. The restaurant is a 5-7 minute drive.
